Heartbreaking yet hopeful moments at the 25th Biennial Convention! Listening to the powerful stories of Developmental Pediatricians, especially one about a client's experience with abuse, was a sobering reminder of how far we've come - and how much further we still need to go. It's astonishing to think about how much more aware and compassionate society has become towards kids with special needs since the 90s. Let's keep pushing for a world where every child is understood, supported, and loved. 💕

Inclusion isn't just a dream, it's a reality we're building together! We can't do it alone, but with the power of collaboration and a special team of experts - developmental pediatricians, occupational therapists, speech therapists, psychiatrists, psychologists, SPED teachers, and regular teachers - we're unstoppable! Let's amplify the voices of our little ones with special needs and educate the world on the importance of inclusion. Together, we can create a world where everyone belongs!
