Sharing a glimpse of Who Am I?, a book I am currently writing. Through psychology, personal reflection, and life experiences, this work aims to help readers better understand themselves and their place in the world. I am now on Chapter 5 and making good progress. With dedication and God's grace, I hope to complete it soon.

To my Students,

Psychology is most meaningful when theory is translated into understanding and action.

In this presentation, I explored selected personal and psychological concerns through the lens of Psychodynamic Theory. Rather than merely discussing theoretical concepts, I examined how specific psychodynamic principles developed by pioneering psychologists can help explain the underlying causes of certain behaviors, emotions, and interpersonal difficulties.

I also presented possible approaches to addressing these concerns by identifying relevant subvariables and psychological factors that may contribute to self-understanding, emotional growth, and behavioral change. My objective was to demonstrate how psychological theories can serve as practical frameworks for analyzing real-life concerns and developing informed interventions.

As educators and students of psychology, we should continue to explore how theories can be applied beyond the classroom—not only in research and professional practice but also in fostering self-awareness and personal development.

I am sharing this material in the hope that it may encourage deeper reflection on the value of psychological theories in understanding ourselves and the challenges we encounter in everyday life.

A Life of a Poor Family

I am currently writing a book inspired by the realities many poor families silently experience struggles, sacrifices, discrimination, and the strength to continue despite life’s hardships.

This is not just about poverty. It is about the emotional pain of being judged, misunderstood, and treated differently because of financial status. It is about families who stay strong even when life becomes unfair.

I believe that God will never make us feel less because of what we have or do not have. He looks at our hearts, not at human standards, opinions, or logic. While people may judge outward situations, God sees sincerity, perseverance, and goodness within every person.

My hope is that this book will open hearts and remind people that kindness, compassion, and respect should be given to everyone regardless of their status in life.

Behind every struggling family is a story that deserves to be heard.
