| The printing of the Certificate of Candidacy (COC) for Year-End Graduation, Second Semester A.Y. 2025-2026, will be available from 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟏𝟓 𝐭𝐨 𝐉𝐮𝐥𝐲 𝟏𝟓, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔.

Before printing your COC, please make sure that:
• Your graduation application is approved and tagged as "Final Evaluation (Candidate)" in the SIS.
• All your grades have been posted.

All graduation applicants are 𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 to print their COC to be included in the official list of Candidates for Graduation.
Students with academic or non-academic deficiencies are advised to coordinate with the concerned office and complete all requirements as soon as possible.
