BISU Bilar BSA Breaks Through National Passing Rate in ALE!

BISU Bilar’s BSA program achieves a long-awaited milestone after ranking above the national passing rate in the Agriculture Licensure Examination. With a national rate of 68.55%, the campus achieved a rate of 69.05%, driven by 68 of 98 first-time takers and 19 of 28 repeaters who successfully passed.

Congratulations to all our new Licensed Agriculturists on this remarkable achievement, which brings pride to the Agriculture Department and the entire BISU Bilar community!

In celebration of the 39th National Coconut Week, the College of Agricultural and Sciences (CoAS) of BISU Bilar Campus successfully took part in the Nationwide Simultaneous Coconut Planting Activity today, September 13, 2025.

The event was actively participated in by the Philippine Coconut Authority headed by Mr. Jovencio C. Felisilda, the Office of the Provincial Agriculturist led by Provincial Agriculturist Ms. Liza M. Quirog, the Office of the Vice Governor, the Municipality of Bilar represented by their Municipal Agriculturist Ms. Donnah A. Quiao, BISU Bilar’s very own Coconut Scholars, CWTS, and other student organizations led by our Campus Director, Dr. Proceso M. Castil, and of course, the faculty and staff of the College of Agricultural Sciences under the leadership of Dr. Severino B. Salera Jr.

BISU – Bilar Campus, successfully held the first day of the AACCUP Level IV Internal Accreditation for the BS Agriculture Program on September 3, 2025, at the FTC Building, Session Hall.

This internal accreditation serves as an essential preparation for the upcoming External Accreditation, affirming the college’s dedication to continuous quality improvement and academic excellence.
