This Valentine’s Day, HMTM brought colors to life with our “Hue Know It Best” mini-event! We often forget to tell the people around us how much they truly mean to us, so we decided to let the hearts do the talking:

Well, for HMTM students, the only bitterness they welcome comes from a freshly brewed beer👌
On November 19, 2025, our HMTM students participated to a hands-on Craftbeer Training 101 at Craftbeer Sanctuary in Tagaytay City. They didn’t just learn theories, they brewed their own beer, and discovered the art behind the process. From grains to glasses, they explored the fundamentals and science of what makes a great craft beer.
But it wasn’t just about earning a certificate. This was a real opportunity for them to experience the brewer’s journey from scratch to appreciating the balance of bitterness, clarity ,aroma, and flavor. It was learning with purpose and a lot of fun.
