Palagi namin kayong ipinagmamalaki, mga Iskolar ng Bayan! Sa bawat panibagong yugto ng inyong paglalakbay, nawa’y dala ninyo ang mga alaala, aral, at karanasang nabuo sa Sentral.

Nawa’y magsilbing gabay ang lahat ng inyong natutuhan sa pagharap sa mga bagong hamon at sa pagtupad sa inyong mga pangarap. Higit sa lahat, gamitin ninyo ang inyong kaalaman at kakayahan upang maging mabuting halimbawa at patuloy na makapaglingkod sa kapwa at sa Bayan.

The Central Student Council of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines – Biñan Campus, as the primary representative body of the studentry, recognizes the importance of establishing structured committees to ensure effective governance, efficient organizational operations, and responsive student representation.

Thus, this Resolution formally recognizes the appointed committees and their respective staffing positions for the serving year 2026–2027, as follows:

Pursuant to Memorandum Order No. 001, A.Y. 2026–2027, all bonafide students of PUP Biñan Campus are mandated to participate in the Campus-Wide Student Profiling for Academic Year 2026–2027.

Students participation will serve as one of the primary references in the crafting of the Central Student Council’s General Plan of Action (GPOA) for A.Y. 2026–2027. It will helps us better understand the student body and develop programs, projects, and initiatives that are responsive to the needs and experiences of our students.

‎The Central Student Council of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines – Biñan Campus, as the primary representative body of the studentry, has the responsibility to formulate and recommend programs, policies, and initiatives that address relevant issues, concerns, and needs of the student body.

‎Thus, this Resolution shall serve as a platform for students to express their opinions, suggestions, and grievances through an online form to be disseminated by the Council, thereby ensuring accessible, convenient, and inclusive student participation. The results that will be gathered through the assessment shall serve as a basis for the Council in identifying the prevailing concerns and needs of the studentry and in formulating appropriate programs, projects, and initiatives responsive to such concerns.

The Central Student Council of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines – Biñan Campus, as the primary representative of the student body, recognizes the importance of strengthening its organizational structure and providing opportunities for students to actively participate in student governance.

This resolution formally opens the application and appointment process for the vacant staffing positions within the Central Student Council for the Serving Year 2026–2027. The Council seeks to encourage qualified and committed students to take part in student leadership and contribute their skills, time, and service toward a more responsive and student-centered Central Student Council.
