In observance of Global Mental Health Awareness Month, the facade of St. La Salle Hall is lit up in green as the DLSU community highlights compassion, connection, and hope among its members during the monthlong celebration. The lighting is a reminder that it’s a "Go!' to seek help, to speak up, and to support one another.

The Counseling and Psychological Services cordially invites you to a 1.5-hour webinar on

"From Hurt to Healing: Healthier Ways to Handle Pain"
1 October 2025 (Wednesday)
2:00PM - 3:30 PM
Zoom

This talk focuses on the topic of self-injury, more commonly known as self-harming behaviors. It aims to help students recognize, understand, and respond to self-harm, while also exploring healthier ways of coping with distress.

The webinar provides a safe and supportive space to learn what self-harm is, why it happens, and how we, as a community, can respond with empathy, awareness, and care. By opening up this important conversation, we hope to break the silence, reduce stigma, and encourage students to seek healthier paths toward well-being. Ultimately, the goal of this webinar is to foster deeper understanding and compassion, building a campus environment where every student feels seen, supported, and empowered to reach out for help.
