“In the moment of hard times, there is still hope that one could find.”
Su***de ideation is the thought or desire to take one’s life, in an active or passive way. Passive su***de ideation comes, when a person thinks of dying or wishes to die with no intention of doing so. While on the worst part, if a person is actually planning to take their own life or really acting upon it is known as active su***de ideation.
We, Sentinels, a group of students from the University of Perpetual Help System-Laguna, created this Su***de Ideation Awareness campaign blog to share knowledge about this issue and help to prevent it. We are reaching out to our generation and also the elders to be able to learn how to respond to su***de ideation from the perspective of someone in the field of the age of the most affected ones.
We are extending our hands to help and be a slight streak of hope to those who are feeling this way or even know some who feel this way.
