Uncertainty can often lead to worry, and it's natural to feel overwhelmed by unexpected changes in our lives. It's important to be gentle with ourselves and each other as we navigate our worries. Let’s embrace kindness and compassion during these difficult times. May we all find the strength not just to survive, but to truly thrive, even when faced with tough circumstances.

Let’s all say a prayer for peace in the Middle East fellow Perpetualites. May the world leaders realize the value of each human life as affected by the crisis. And may we all realize that greed and indifference should have no place in this world.
