Sometimes, the strongest thing a person can do is simply say, "Im not okay.โ€ And sometimes, the most meaningful thing we can do is stay, listen, and remind them that they do not have to carry everything alone.

This month, let us choose compassion over judgment, understanding over assumptions, and presence over silence. Check on your friends. Listen without rushing to fix everything.
