FHABCI faculty and staff particpates the SeCM Teachers Training and Workshop

Forest Hills Academy of Bayugan City, Inc. successfully participated the SeCM Teachers Training and Workshop 2025 on May 10–13, 2025, gathering educators for a three-day seminar focused on improving instructional planning, classroom management, and effective teaching practices.

The training featured discussions on the preparation of Learning Plans for Junior High School and the development of ATG for Senior High School, equipping teachers with updated approaches and standards in academic instruction. Participants also engaged in sessions about classroom techniques and teaching strategies aimed at creating more interactive, learner-centered, and effective classroom environments.

The lectures and workshops were facilitated by experienced teachers and resource speakers from Mindanao Mission Academy, who shared their expertise and best practices in Adventist education. Their presentations emphasized the importance of quality instruction, purposeful lesson planning, and Christ-centered teaching.

The event served as an opportunity for teachers to strengthen their professional skills, collaborate with fellow educators, and reaffirm their commitment to the mission of Adventist education. Guided by the theme, *“To educate is to redeem: Teaching the Adventist Way,”* the seminar highlighted the vital role of teachers in shaping students academically, morally, and spiritually.

FHABCI Teachers Team Building – PANAGHIUSA 2026
“Igniting Purpose, Inspiring Excellence: Educators Leading with Faith and Vision”*

The FHABCI family successfully conducted the PANAGHIUSA 2026 Teachers Team Building last May 07, 2026 — a meaningful day filled with faith, learning, teamwork, and fun.

The program officially started with a heartfelt devotional, reminding everyone to center every action and service on God’s guidance and purpose. This was followed by the discussion on the Professional Teachers’ Code of Ethics and the Teachers’ Orientation, which strengthened the educators’ understanding of their responsibilities, professionalism, and commitment to quality education.

In the afternoon, the atmosphere became more exciting as the teachers participated in different team-building games and activities that promoted unity, cooperation, trust, and camaraderie among colleagues.

The event concluded with an Awarding ceremony, recognizing the participation, teamwork, and enthusiasm shown by everyone throughout the activities.

Indeed, PANAGHIUSA 2026 became a celebration of unity, shared vision, and dedication among FHABCI educators as they continue to inspire and lead with faith and excellence.
