This activity urge the learners og BCSHS to wash their hand first before they will take their snack. Washing your hands well and often is the best way to keep them from getting sick.

The 15th of October is designated as "Global Handwashing Day." The celebration of the Global Handwashing Day serves as a platform for spreading awareness about the significance of handwashing throughout the world. This year's theme is "Unite for Universal Hand Hygiene." Hand washing is a good way to stop infections from spreading and causing disease.

The Marikina Elementary School will host a program called "Sama-samang Ikaway, Malinis na Kamay" in conjunction with the GHD celebration on October 14 (Friday) from 9:00 to 11:30am. The program will also be live streamed on the OK sa DepEd and DepEd Philippines pages. To observe this event, we are all invited.

Please wash your hands frequently to help stop the spread of disease and to maintain everyone's health.
