In celebration of Mental Health Awareness Month, the ADSCO Guidance Counseling and Testing Center successfully conducted a Mental Health Awareness Month Seminar on October 24, 2025, with Mr. Christian Kylle A. Balase, RPm as the guest speaker. Originally set for October 10, the event was postponed due to the massive earthquake that struck the region, but it was successfully held later on with the same spirit of learning and hope.

The seminar was divided into three topics such as, “Self-Awareness,” “Going Numb,” and “Who Am I Becoming?”—each focusing on understanding one’s emotions, managing psychological distress, and reflecting on personal growth. Mr. Balase kept the audience actively engaged through games creating a meaningful discourse for connection.

Through this initiative, the office continues to uphold its commitment to promoting mental health literacy, emotional resilience, and holistic student development within the ADSCO community.
