“𝗞𝗮𝗹𝘆𝗲 𝗙𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀? 𝗔𝗻𝗼 𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗮?”

The Northern Campus Supreme Student Council (NCSSC) officially launched the beginning of Kalyefest through a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony held at the Old Administration grounds last July 27.

Through Chairperson Melody James Manuel, along with Campus Administrator Arvin Vallesteros and SAS Coordinator Jerwin Memita, the ribbon-cutting ceremony officially marked the beginning of the five-day event.

The Kalyefest welcomed the freshmen, as well as old students, not only to buy souvenirs and play games, but to provide an opportunity for students to socialize and build memories.

The Kalyefest is open from 8 am to 5 pm, July 27 - 31, at the Old Administration grounds.

𝑨𝒉-𝒉𝒂-𝒉𝒂, 𝒂𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒏 𝒎𝒐 𝒂𝒕 𝒊𝒔𝒂𝒔𝒂𝒚𝒂𝒘 𝒌𝒐, 𝒘𝒉𝒐𝒂-𝒐𝒉-𝒐𝒉 🎶

The Panagdidinanggay (Freshies Night) was successfully held last July 28, at the NVSU Bay. Gymnasium with the theme "80s and 90s Original Pinoy Music (OPM).”

In her opening remarks, NCSSC Vice Chairperson Thea Lorin Sales emphasized that the program was made for freshmen to enjoy and build connections, while marking the start of a new journey.

"Panagpasangbay means to welcome, and panagdidinanggay speaks of unity and togetherness. And that is exactly the spirit we want you to carry with you — not just today, but throughout your entire stay here at NVSU. Let this day and night be the avenue of new beginnings, new experiences, a showcase of talents, and a moment for you to grow and foster friendships.”

The Northern Campus Supreme Student Council, together with the collective effort of the Student Councils and staff, concluded this year's Panagdidinanggay as part of the annually held Freshies Night.

The event wrapped up with a traditional socialization dance, symbolizing unity and new beginnings, leaving a lasting impact on the new students of NVSU.

Nueva Vizcaya State University - Bay. campus held its Panagpasangbay assembly and Parade, welcoming freshman to University life

The morning event—Panagpasangbay—was spearheaded by 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗻 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘀 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹 (𝗡𝗖𝗦𝗦𝗖) together with the collective effort and dedication of College Student Councils, old students, and faculty and staff of NVSU, the welcoming parade set a heartwarming feeling within the NVSU'juans. 𝗨𝗽𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗵𝗺𝗲𝗻, 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗺𝗲𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘃𝗶𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 𝗯𝘆 𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀. The parade commenced at Nueva Vizcaya sports complex and concluded at NVSU gymnasium.

The event was filled with laughter, joy, and memories to be cherished. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝘀𝘆𝗺𝗯𝗼𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗷𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆 𝗮𝘀 𝗡𝗩𝗦𝗨'𝗷𝘂𝗮𝗻𝘀.
