𝘾𝙉𝙃𝙎 𝙋𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙞𝙥𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙨 𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 13𝙩𝙝 𝙏𝙖𝙡𝙤𝙣𝙜 𝙁𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙖𝙡

Casat National High School under the leadership of Sir Romy R. Baladad, once again showed its strong support for the community by actively participating in the 13th Talong Festival of Barangay Casat held today, April 30. With this year’s theme, “𝘊𝘢𝘴𝘢𝘵 𝘈𝘨𝘵𝘶𝘭𝘵𝘶𝘭𝘰𝘺 𝘯𝘨𝘢 𝘕𝘢𝘨𝘢𝘴𝘢𝘵,” the celebration brought together residents, local leaders, and different sectors in a joyful expression of unity and gratitude.

The teachers of Casat National High School added life to the event through their energetic dance presentation. Moving gracefully to the lively beat of “La Cumbia,” they entertained the crowd.

More than just a participation, the school’s presence in the festival reflected its strong connection with the community. It showed that beyond academics, CNHS continues to take part in meaningful activities that celebrate culture, togetherness, and shared success.

𝙏𝙄𝙉𝙂𝙉𝘼𝙉: Matagumpay na isinagawa ngayong araw, Abril 12, ang Inauguration at Turnover Ceremony ng Project WATER sa Casat National High School, sa tulong ng nagkaloob nito, ang Lions Club International, District 301-C Northern Philippines.

Layunin ng nasabing proyekto na mapabuti ang access sa malinis na tubig ng buong komunidad ng paaralan, sa pamamagitan ng pagbibigay ng ligtas at libreng inuming tubig. Nakatutulong ito sa pagpapabuti ng kalusugan at konsentrasyon ng mga mag-aaral, na mahalaga sa kanilang epektibong pagkatuto.

Nakiisa sa nasabing programa si Ralph Eduardo Antonio Yambao, ang Lions First Vice District Governor, kasama ang iba’t ibang miyembro ng Lions Club sa Nueva Vizcaya, bilang patunay ng kanilang suporta sa mga proyektong pangkomunidad.

Isinagawa rin sa parehong okasyon ang paglagda sa Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) na dinaluhan ng Punong-Guro at ilang mga g**o ng paaralan.

Ang nasabing kaganapan ay naging simbolo ng matagumpay na pagtutulungan ng paaralan at ng komunidad sa pagsusulong ng mga proyektong may positibong epekto sa edukasyon at kalusugan.

Casat NHS learners actively participated in the Project Interactive RDELC/RDNEB, where they showcased their varied talents and value-laden outputs. These were recognized alongside the Project AWARDS, which highlighted exemplary works that embodied the value of empathy. Grade 8 learners expressed their gratitude to their parents, while other engaging activities included slogan-making, best family photo, and the integration of ethical values in Tanka and Haiku under their Filipino 9 subject. The event not only celebrated creativity but also emphasized the importance of values in every learner’s journey. Through these initiatives, Casat NHS continues to nurture holistic development rooted in empathy and appreciation.

This September, Casat NHS has truly embodied the ethical value of empathy—within and beyond the school campus. From the launching of Empatiya led by the ESP Club officers, to the Empathy Wall that uplifts learners’ spirits, every initiative reflects care and compassion.
The ARAL Program, Project RIDER Symposium, and Quarter 1 General PTA Meeting further showcased collaboration between teachers, parents, and partners for the learners’ growth. With generous donors supporting Project Gulayan sa Paaralan, and the school librarian enriching the Project Library with hundreds of new books, the spirit of bayanihan continues to thrive.
Guided by the leadership of Principal Agnes D. Ilarde, and strengthened by the support of parents, government agencies, and the community, Casat NHS remains committed to nurturing learners with empathy, collaboration, and love.
