GCBAI was established as educational institution on November 2013, in partnership with British Council and IDP Ltd Pty for International English Language Testing System (IELTS) Review and registration center. In June 2016, GCBAI extended its services by offering Culinary Arts with the assistance of Executive Chef Roberto “Bert” P. Francisco, Founder and chairman of Hotel and Rest

aurant Chef Association of the Philippines (HRCAP). He is also one of the persons who review Cookery NCII of TESDA. COURSES OFFERED

ENGLISH Courses
IELTS Preparatory
It caters to students who have an average level of English Proficiency. It enhances the language skills as well as allows individuals to prepare for the IELTS examination and helps them gain their target band score. This course helps students develop their proficiency in the language domain of speaking, listening, reading and writing. English as Second Language
The ESL course provide more in-depth review of basic grammar and composition as well as English skills such as writing letters, creating resumes as well as tips and strategies in attending job interviews. This addresses the needs of students whose level of English proficiency is below average. Through the ESL program, students develop both the Basic Interpersonal Communication Skills (BICS) and Cognitive Language Proficiency (CALP). Global English Enhancement Program (GEEP)
The GEEP is conglomeration of the English as a Second Language and IELTS Preparatory Course which seeks and provide a more organized and thorough preparation for students who intend to take IELTS exam but whose level of proficiency is poor or below average. This program also provides an individual assistance to ameliorate his or her knowledge of Basic English. It caters to any weakness a student has, may it be grammar or conversational English. CULINARY ARTS
Certificate in Culinary Arts
This Culinary program will enable individual to become professional in the world of cookery by means of practical training and assessment from an Executive Chef. Students will have a first-hand experience in using both traditional and mostly up to date cooking techniques. Delivery Methods for this course include:
 Face-to-Face classroom-based learning
 Practical training and assessment
 Work-based training
