Moving towards a more inclusive setting, PQF Director Dr. Samuel R. Soliven together with private partners extend assistance to the Bayombong Central School and SPED Center (Inclusive Learning Resource Center), June 11.

Joining him are Rural Bank of Bayombong Inc. General Manager Dr. Rachelle Ramos- Foronda and Mdm. Anivel L. Soliven.

In the initial discussion with the school administration, the team came up with plans on intensifying the support services for learnes with disabilities in the general education setting for the coming school years.

Witnessing the grant is SDO Nueva Vizcaya's partnership officer Madam Maria Licel T. Balico.

Bayombong Central School and SPED Center community gathered for this school year's 1st Parents and Teachers' General Assembly at the school's multipurpose covered court today to tackle major educational reforms this school year. The orientation focused on newly implemented Department of Education (DepEd) policies, highlighted by the transition to a three-term academic schedule, updated guidelines on classroom assessment, grading, awards and recognition, and school policies.

A heartfelt salute to one of the pioneer teachers for the blind in SDO Nueva Vizcaya as she retires after 34 years of dedicated public service. Thank you for your invaluable contributions to inclusive education and for inspiring countless learners along the way.

With renewed enthusiasm for the new academic year, Bayombong Central School & SPED Center commenced School Year 2026–2027 through a flag-raising ceremony held on June 8, 2026, at the school's multipurpose covered court, led by newly appointed school head, Mr. Amherstine Boy B. Bata.

Extending their support to the school community are officers from Philippine National Police & Armed Forces of the Philippines, Land Transportation Office, and Saint Mary’s University.
