Please claim your books as scheduled.

Procedure for Claiming Books:

Step 1: Get your checklist (in duplicate) and fill it out by checking the books you are availing of. After verifying your selected books, affix your signature on the form. Submit the colored copy to the Cashier's Office.

Step 2: Proceed to the Publishing and Printing Office to claim your books. Kindly fill out the logbook at the office before receiving your books.

Reminders:

✅ Bring your own eco-bag/s for your books.
✅ Only officially enrolled students may avail of the books.
✅ Immediately label all released books with your complete name to avoid loss or misplacement.
✅ Do not leave your books unattended in classrooms, hallways, or any area on campus.
✅ Once the books have been released and received, the student assumes full responsibility for their safekeeping. The school shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or misplacement of books after release.

Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya — Saint Mary’s University Junior High School and Science High School is conducting its Grade 7 Classification Test today, May 15, 2026, from 7:30 AM to 12:00 NN at the Fr. Cornelius Tonus Gymnasium, SMU College Department.

A total of 180 aspiring Grade 7 students are participating in this important assessment, marking the beginning of their Marian journey. The classification test serves as a gateway to proper placement in SMU’s Junior High School and Science High School programs.
