Casat National High School is truly grateful to the Provincial Tourism and Culture Office (PTCO) headed by Ms. Marichelle O. Costales with the approval of the Governor , for the generous donation of 100 novels and 200 children's books for our library.

The Casat National High School Library is continuously undergoing improvements to better serve our learners and teachers. With the initiative of our Library In-Charge, Ma’am Leigh Dee Diane L. Cariño, several changes have already taken place:
