Pursuant to Republic Act No. 7722, or the Higher Education Act of 1994, the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) marks its 32nd Anniversary with a month-long celebration that unites all Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) nationwide.

In line with CHED Memorandum Order No. 177, s. 2026, the Nueva Vizcaya State University (NVSU) joins the nationwide advocacy campaign in celebrating this milestone, highlighting the diverse stories of our students and strengthening inclusive education for all.

As part of the celebration, NVSU proudly supports the theme:

"𝘋𝘪𝘧𝘧𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘍𝘢𝘤𝘦𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘖𝘶𝘳 𝘈𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘦𝘷𝘦 𝘚𝘵𝘶𝘥𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘴”
This initiative recognizes and honors the diverse experiences of our learners, including:
• First-Generation College Students
• Students with Disabilities (PWDs)
• Indigenous Peoples (IPs)

• Financially Challenged Students
• Student Leaders and Volunteers

Through this campaign, we celebrate resilience, diversity, and the unwavering pursuit of education despite life’s challenges.
