Our new high-speed data storage array for our LMS server has arrived. We need this upgrade to accommodate the increasing demand for storage of our LMS contents. To install this to our LMS server, we need to perform a full server shutdown then synchronize all uploaded files to the new storage. Please expect a service interruption starting April 30, 2021 10:30PM to May 1, 2021 5:00 AM.

eSMIS Technical Guide: For the Grade School, Junior High School, and Senior High School students who are going to enroll please take note of the following:

1. OLD STUDENTS must login to our student portal: https://esmis.smu.edu.ph using the account you activated via the email sent to you by our system. If you did not receive your portal account activation email, please send us a message in the eSMIS FB messenger plugin that you will find in the lower right portion of the portal's frontpage. Our IT support team will assist you in activating your portal account.

Please take note that when you submit a request to our IT team for the activation of your account via the FB messenger, be sure that you are logged in to your FB account so that we can check your identity. Although we accommodate guest users, account related concerns must comply with our security policy. Setting your password, changing your email address, and correcting misspelled names are in our top security concern. Never share any of your passwords to anyone including our IT support team. We will never ask for your password. Rest assured that your on-line identity will never be exposed to the public.

For parents who will assist their child in enrolling, you can use your personal FB account to communicate with our IT team. We will be asking some questions related to your child before we entertain the changing of your child's personal and account information in our database.

2. NEW STUDENTS and TRANSFEREES, must follow the instructions presented in the frontpage of the portal. Once you submitted your information, you have to wait for our admission officers to check the information you submitted. You will be notified through email if there are incomplete information that you need to submit or if you are officially admitted.

For incomplete information, please check the email sent to you by our system containing a secured webcode. You will find a button in that email that when clicked will forward you to your admission form. You can edit and complete your information to comply with our admission requirements. You can also communicate with our admission officers by replying to their email or via our IT team FB messenger.

If you received an email containing the final admission notification, you will find another email containing your portal account activation. Follow the instructions presented in the account activation email.

3. Once you successfully logged in to our student portal, you will be presented with the information regarding your current enrollment. If your status presents that you are not enrolled, click the "ENROLL NOW!" button. Doing that will automatically send your enrollment to your school for validation.

Assigning of sections will be done after the enrollment period. Information about your enrollment status and assigned section and adviser will be presented in your portal page.
