The Junior Fisheries Professionals (JFP) of Nueva Vizcaya State University proudly participated in the 3-day ECHO Seminar and Leadership Training 2026 held on February 20โ22, 2026,an inspiring journey of growth, connection, and leadership.
Throughout the three days, embraced new challenges, stepped out of their comfort zones, and strengthened their skills as future leaders and fisheries professionals. The experience was filled with learning, reflection, teamwork, and moments that built confidence, resilience, and unity.
More than the activities, the seminar reminded them to l
lead with purpose, serve with compassion, and take care of their well-being while fulfilling their responsibilities.
Because effective leaders are not only strong and capable they are also mindful, balanced, and driven by heart.
As they move forward, the Junior Fisheries Professionals remain committed to making a difference continuing to grow as competent, responsible, and service-oriented leaders dedicated to their community and to the sustainable future of the fisheries sector.

The Junior Fisheries Professionals (JFP)of NVSU โ Bayombong, guided by their faculty and staff, joined the campus-wide clean-up, demonstrating teamwork, responsibility, and pride while preparing for the Institutional Accreditation (IA) Survey Visit and CAVRASUC 2026, and helping create a clean, organized, and welcoming campus for the entire university community.(02/20/26)
