Medical Examination for ALL students will be conducted ONLY at ZPPSU — no outside medicals will be accepted. AND NO OTHER DATE WILL BE GIVEN. So take this opportunity to have your medical exam. Thank you for your understanding.

ATTENTION 1ST YEAR STUDENTS

Please be advised that you are REQUIRED to submit an EXPANDED GREEN FOLDER together with your enrollment requirements — exactly the same design as shown in the photo.

As we are now applying for ISO certification, it is imperative that we follow the standardized folder being required.
