The Internal Quality Auditors from VSU Main and VITA Campuses continue to strengthen their skills in ensuring effective implementation of the Quality Management System, ISO compliance, and continuous institutional improvement.

This initiative supports UN SDG 4 – Quality Education and SDG 16 – Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions by promoting quality, accountability, and effective institutional processes.

This training equips participants with the knowledge and skills to effectively conduct internal quality audits, ensuring that the University's Quality Management System (QMS) remains compliant with ISO standards while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and excellence in delivering quality education and services.

Through initiatives like this, VSU strengthens institutional effectiveness and reinforces its commitment to quality assurance and organizational excellence.

L👀K | The Quality Assurance spearheads the creation of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Manual for the VITA Campuses, held on August 5-6, 2026 at the Faculty of Nursing Big Room, Visayas State University, Baybay City, Leyte.

This activity aims to produce a Quality Manual ready for approval, paving way for the official rollout of the ISO 9001:2015 implementation across the VITA Campuses.

Visayas State University- Quality Assurance was honored to welcome the Palompon Institute of Technology (PIT) for a benchmarking visit on our Quality Management System (QMS) implementation. Thank you for the opportunity to share best practices and strengthen our commitment to quality and continuous improvement.

IN PHOTOS | On-going workshop on the preparation of narrative profile for AACCUP Level IV accreditation for the Master of Science in Forestry at the QAC Evaluation Room.

This is in line with SDG 4 Quality Education.

✅LOOK‼️ | The AACCUP Task Force Committee Members for the Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Bachelor of Science in Applied Physics actively participated in the Orientation and Workshop for the AACCUP Preliminary Survey Visit, held at the Quality Assurance Center, Visayas State University, Baybay City, Leyte on May 25, 2026.

This initiative by the VSU Quality Assurance aims to equip the AACCUP task force with the necessary knowledge and preparation for the upcoming Preliminary survey visit – another step toward excellence and teamwork.

📗In line with SDG 4: Quality Education, this effort underscores our commitment to advancing academic standards and ensuring transformative learning experiences for all.
