For their informative demonstrations and guidance on electrical fire prevention, utility safety, and disaster preparedness.
โ๏ธ City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (CDRRMO)
For facilitating Basic Life Support and Emergency First Aid, including CPR, choking management, and triage. Special recognition is also given to Crisanto O. Escasinas Jr., DRRM Division Focal, for his valuable guidance on earthquake and severe weather preparedness.
We likewise express our deepest appreciation to our school administrators, program officials, working committees, and dedicated personnel whose leadership, coordination, and hard work ensured the smooth and successful implementation of this important undertaking.

Please be advised that the BCSHS DRRM Executive Committee has officially shifted all classes to Asynchronous/Modular delivery today, ๐ง๐ต๐๐ฟ๐๐ฑ๐ฎ๐, ๐๐๐น๐ ๐ฎ๐ฏ, ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฒ. This decision is due to immediate flood risks on campus caused by poor drainage, which directly affect first-level rooms and laboratories where electrical outlets are situated on the floor area.
All students and teachers currently on campus are advised to head home immediately. Please prioritize your physical safety, avoid flooded streets, and take extra precautions on your commute.
Teachers will post specific learning tasks on designated online platforms once they have safely arrived home. Stay tuned for further advisories.

ASYNCHRONOUS CLASSES โ JULY 10, 2026
In light of the recent incident that occurred on our school campus, and with the safety and well-being of our learners, teachers, and personnel as our highest priority, all classes on Friday, July 10, 2026, will be conducted asynchronously.
Students are advised to accomplish the learning tasks and activities provided by their respective teachers through the designated communication platforms.
We sincerely appreciate the understanding, cooperation, and continued support of our parents, guardians, and stakeholders as we work together to ensure a safe and conducive learning environment for everyone.
Further announcements and updates will be posted through the official page of Baybay City Senior High School.
Stay safe. Stay calm. Keep learning.
Baybay City Senior High School would like to inform the public that at approximately 2:00 PM today, several learners reported experiencing symptoms such as eye irritation, itchiness of the nose, dry throat, difficulty in breathing or a feeling of suffocation, and vomiting.
Upon receiving these reports, the school immediately activated its emergency response protocols. Concerned learners were immediately given first aid and attended to by the school personnel. Several affected learners were subsequently transported to the hospital for further medical evaluation and appropriate care.
The Baybay City Emergency Response Unit, Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), and Philippine National Police (PNP) promptly responded and are currently conducting an on-site assessment to ensure the safety of everyone and determine the cause of the incident.
As a precautionary measure, the school immediately dismissed all students to prioritize their health and safety while emergency response operations were ongoing.
At present, the school continues to closely coordinate with the concerned authorities and health responders. The assessment and investigation are still ongoing, and the school will provide official updates as soon as verified information becomes available.
We respectfully appeal to everyone to remain calm and refrain from sharing unverified information that may cause unnecessary alarm or confusion.
The safety, health, and well-being of our learners, teaching and non-teaching personnel remain our highest priority. We also ask for your prayers for the fast recovery of our affected learners.
Thank you for your understanding, cooperation, and continued support.
