We would like to inform everyone of a minor change to our schedule. Previously, we announced that we would be opening at 8:00 AM, December 19 , 2025. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, our opening time has been moved to 9:00 AM.

Please be reminded that this schedule applies ONLY to students who are planning to shift to another program outside the Faculty of Engineering or transfer to another school.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. Thank you, and please be guided accordingly.

The Faculty of Engineering – Student Election Board (FE-SEB) formally announces that the collection of collectibles and the signing of clearances are waived this semester, 1st Semester of Academic Year 2025 - 2026.

However, the FE-SEB will only accommodate and sign clearances for students who are planning to shift to another program outside the Faculty of Engineering or transfer to another school. These students are required to complete their clearance with the FE-SEB signature.

This clearance signing schedule is ONLY for those students who are planning to shift to another program outside the Faculty of Engineering or to transfer to another school. Please be guided accordingly. Thank you!
