The Department of Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering at VSU is a Center of Excellence in Agricultural Engineering Education awarded by CHED. The following is the Program Educational Objectives (PEOs) of the BSABE in VSU that describe the career and professional accomplishments that we want our graduates to achieve within 3-5 years after graduation:
1. Provide leadership in planning, implement

ing, and monitoring of agricultural and biosystems engineering projects and programs.
2. Occupy supervisory positions in private and public organizations, locally and internationally.
3. Own and manage agricultural and biosystems engineering–related firms and corporations.
4. Pursue advanced studies in agricultural and biosystems engineering and emerging related fields.
5. Occupy responsible positions in agricultural and biosystems engineering education. Program Outcomes (or Student Outcomes) describe what students are expected to know, be able to do, and appreciate by the time of graduation. These relates to the skills, knowledge, and behavior that students acquire as the progress through the program. Apply knowledge of mathematics and science to solve complex agricultural and biosystems engineering problems;
b. Design and conduct agricultural and biosystems engineering-related experiments, as well as analyze, interpret, and present data;
c. Design a system, component, process, or AB structure to meet desired needs within realistic constraints, in accordance with local and international standards;
d. Function in multidisciplinary and multi-cultural teams;
e. Identify, define, and solve agricultural and biosystems engineering problems;
f. Communicate effectively complex agricultural and biosystems engineering activities with the engineering community and with countryside farmers, and society at large;
h. Relate the impact of agricultural and biosystems engineering solutions in economic, environmental, and societal contexts;
i. Recognize the need for and engage in lifelong learning;
j. Relate to contemporary issues;
k. Use techniques, skills, and modern agricultural and biosystems engineering tools necessary for engineering practice;
l. Apply agricultural and biosystems engineering and management principles as a member and leader of a team and manage projects and/or programs in a multidisciplinary environment; and
m. Recognize at least one specialized field of agricultural and biosystems engineering practice.

From finishing 2nd Runner-Up last year, Clever Clubs takes a step higher and emerges as the 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝟭𝘀𝘁 𝗥𝘂𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿-𝗨𝗽 in the 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲. The climb reflects a journey marked by determination, discipline, and continuous improvement across every event.

Throughout the competition, Clever Clubs consistently showcased their strength—whether in sports, strategy-based games, or performance events—proving their versatility and unity as a team. Each member played a role in building a campaign defined by grit and excellence.

This milestone is more than just a placement; it is a testament to the club’s character and quality. Step by step, Clever Clubs continues to rise—stronger, sharper, and ready to reach even greater heights.
