TOPNOTCHER | Congratulations to our VSULHS Alumna, Ms. Celine Karla Villalino, for securing Top 8 in the Occupational Therapist Licensure Exam!

Her journey is a testament to resilience, purpose, and love. In her own words:

“Success isn’t born overnight, but it grows quietly from the days you showed up and gave your best, even when you didn’t feel your best. It comes from staying curious, choosing to learn something new every day, and finding purpose in the work you do.

All this wouldn’t have been done without the Almighty Father, the people who believed in me, to the ones I hope to serve, and to the version of myself who never stopped trying.

TOPNOTCHER | VSULHS alumna, Ms. Mary Agnes Ratilla, ranks 10th in the recently released November 2025 Philippine Nursing Licensure Examination (PNLE)!

According to the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), Ms. Ratilla garnered a rating of 92.00%, distinguishing herself among examinees nationwide.

In an interview, she shared:

“To be honest, it still feels surreal to see my name among the topnotchers. My preparation was never a strict blueprint for excellence—I simply aimed to pass. I attended my classes, studied when needed, rested when I was tired, took breaks, exercised, and made time for friends. I just tried to be a diligent student day by day.

If there’s anything I’m sure of, it’s that this achievement is purely by God’s grace, constant prayers, and the unwavering support of an incredible support system.”

Your dedication, courage, and heart have brought immense pride to our entire community. The school conveys its sincerest congratulations to Ms. Ratilla and her family on this outstanding achievement!
