Tau Gamma Phi, also known as the Triskelions' Grand Fraternity, is a large fraternity founded in the Philippines in 1968 by student leaders. The members, called themselves a Triskelion, adhere to principles that emphasize brotherhood, personal and spiritual growth, academic excellence and socio-civic responsibility, with a firm belief in the power of reason over force and commitment to brotherhood and spiritual growth. The fraternity is now the largest Local and international fraternities and has a counterpart, the Tau Gamma Sigma or also known as the Triskelions' Grand Sorority.

For 28 Years Tau Gamma Phi – Tau Gamma Sigma VSU Chapter established an impact to the Viscan Community, conducted various activities such as Voluntary services, clean up drive, tree planting, and many more. Tau Gamma Phi/Sigma also bags an award of being an outstanding Organization in this Institution.
