The school used to be called Esquina Community School because of its location which is very near to a spot where traffic routes leading to Tacloban City, Ormoc City and to the south have merged. “Esquina is a Spanish word, meaning a corner or crossing”. The school was established in 1954.After a long and ardous legal proceedings, finally in 1985, Parliamentary Bill No. 4788 changed the name of the
