CELEBRATION: ๐ฐ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ท๐-๐ซ๐๐!
We could spend a lifetime trying to write out the digits of pi, trying to find the end, or at least find a geometric pattern that could define its decimals. Yet, with our current math tool it'll remain infinite and non-repeating. Maybe it's time to conclude...
Maybe it's not about the "end", maybe it's about the friends we made along the way( หถยฐใ
ยฐ).
Happy Pi Day! Share a slice of pie to your friends today!
Greetings from: VSU MATHSOC

Could we BE any more blessed?
Today, we would like to celebrate and give honor to our very patient and hardworking VSU MathSoc President, Mr. Francis Gerland Bejar! Youโve been part of our family for four years now and we're very grateful that, this year, you took the initiative to lead, solve and guide our growing math family with both logic and heart.
Happy Birthday, Pres. Weโll be there for you! (sentimental music plays (หถห๐ทหหถ))
Greetings from: VSU MathSoc Family!

Forty years ago, along EDSA, a nation chose courage. The EDSA People Power Revolution proved that when Filipinos stand together in truth, faith, and unity, no force is greater than the collective will of the people.
Today, history calls us again.
On February 25, 2026 | 4:30 PM | VSU Gymnasium, the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences Supreme Student Council (FHSS-SSC), in partnership with the Institute of Strategic Research and Development Studies and the University Supreme Student Council, invites the entire Visayas State University community to take part in TANGLAW: A Prayer-March for Truth and Democracy.
This is not just a commemoration.
This is a declaration.
A declaration that truth still matters.
That democracy must be protected.
That remembrance must move us to action.
We call on every student, faculty member, and university stakeholder: Join us. Walk with us. Pray with us. Stand with us. Bring your light. Bring your voice. Bring your conviction.
Let us transform memory into movement and faith into action. Let us be the generation that refuses to forget and chooses to stand for what is right.
Be there. Be counted. Be the light.

NEWS: ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐
Once again, we are here to bring the glory back!
The VSU Mathematics Society and the VSU Math Majors Society have joined hands to commemorate the annual Mathematics Week. Our history has proved that even though we came from different departments, we still share a common ground. Anchored by our passion in Mathematics, we unite to celebrate each of our contributions as well as our grit in advancing Mathematics.
As Euclid's axiom states, "The whole is greater than the part."
This collaboration will create something far greater than what each could achieve alone. So, we come together to open the Mathematics Week, proving that when minds combine, the impact multiplies.
Join the fun later!
