A Franciscan Christmas to remember from the Hospitality Management Department Christmas Party 2025.
This Christmas 2025, the Hospitality Management Department came together as one family to celebrate love, gratitude, and the true spirit of service.
Beyond the lights, food, and laughter, this celebration reminded us that hospitality is about creating meaningful connections, sharing joy, and serving with compassion—values deeply rooted in our Franciscan identity. Each smile, each moment, and each shared story made this gathering truly unforgettable.
As we welcome the season of hope and new beginnings, may we continue to embody warmth, excellence, and kindness in all that we do.
Merry Christmas and a Joy-filled New Year from the HM Family!

Today marks a proud and flavorful milestone for the Fourth Year Hospitality Management students under the guidance of Sir Mark Joseph Daclag, as they successfully culminate their Asian Cuisine subject through a vibrant showcase of dishes from Singapore, Thailand, India, Japan, and China. 🇸🇬🇹🇭🇮🇳🇯🇵🇨🇳
What began as a classroom lesson evolved into an extraordinary culinary journey—one that challenged their creativity, sharpened their skills, and deepened their appreciation for Asia’s rich gastronomic heritage. Each plate served today was more than just food; it was a story of culture, discipline, teamwork, and heart.
From the bold spices of India, the harmony of Japanese flavors, the comforting warmth of Chinese classics, the vibrant zest of Thai cuisine, to the modern yet soulful dishes of Singapore—our HM students proved that they are ready to embrace global standards in the world of hospitality and culinary arts.
This culminating activity is not only a celebration of achievement but also a powerful reminder:
Great chefs and hospitality professionals are shaped through dedication, passion, openness to culture, and the willingness to learn beyond their comfort zones.
We are proud to see our future hoteliers and culinarians take on this challenge with excellence and enthusiasm. Their commitment reflects the very essence of hospitality—service, creativity, and cultural appreciation.
Congratulations, Fourth Year HM Students!
Your hard work and perseverance continue to inspire. Keep exploring, keep creating, and keep serving the world with the flavors of your dreams.

HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT TEAM BUILDING 2025
Theme: “One Team, One Heart for Hospitality: Complete the mission, serve with passion.”
On October 29, 2025, the Hospitality Management Department of the Franciscan College of the Immaculate Conception gathered at the FCIC Gymnasium for a meaningful day of unity, purpose, and inspiration with the support of our school president, Sister Mary Michael Bactong, OSF and the Dean of College of Business Management and Administration, Mrs. Glenn E. Visto.
This team-building event reminded everyone that true hospitality begins with the heart — in every smile shared, every task accomplished, and every challenge overcome together.
Through collaboration, laughter, and service, the FCIC Hospitality family strengthened not only their teamwork but also their commitment to live out the mission of service with compassion and excellence.
Because when hearts beat as one, every goal becomes possible, and every act of service becomes a reflection of love.

Indeed, not all heroes wear cape and helping others in need. Some of them are inside the classroom, teaching kids.
Thank you teachers💐
