WHAT: Accomplishment Report on Entrapment Operation Against Estafa Ghost Bidding/ Repa-Palit/Turns Turns Investment Scam
WHERE: Purok Sampaguita, Brgy. Poblacion, Sapang Dalaga Misamis Occidental
WHO: Marilyn Guangco Amores, 23 years old, DOB: Jan 19. 1999, business woman, with live-in partner and a resident P-2, Sapang dalaga , Misamis Occidental and Nelson Pantorella Bestre Jr., 29yrs old, DOB: May 7, 1993, jobless, (live-in partner of Marilyn Amores) of same residence.
WHY: Alleged ghost bidding / repa palit/ paluwagan/ turnsinvestment scam.
HOW: OOA 8:30PM of August 05, 2022, Sapang Dalaga MPS under the supervision of PMAJ BOBBY ALMACIN MATUGAS Jr. , together with MOCCPPO PIU Led by PLT JUNRIE A CABASAN , successfully entrapped the two (2) suspects at the above-mentioned place and time. Recovered from her possession and control is Php11,000.00 (eleven thousand pesos, seven pcs Metrobank cheque worth Php5,462,000.00 (five million four hundred sixty two thousand pesos), seven (7) pcs assorted receipt ,two (2) pcs I.D., five ( 5 pcs) suki card.
Arrested suspects are now under the custody of this station for proper disposition.
