The said training empowered faculty and staff to upgrade from manual processes to digital workflows. Through hands-on, guided sessions, participants got to explore the key features, improve their workflows, and better understand how the systems actually work.
This initiative reflects the universityโs commitment to strengthen digital transformation initiatives and improve operational efficiency through streamlined, technology-driven processes.

The Training on Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and CumulusOne continues on its fourth day, featuring a one-on-one session with the HR and Registrar Offices in support of the universityโs digital transformation initiatives.
This session enables VSU Isabel personnel to gain a deeper understanding of the systemsโ processes and functionalities, further strengthening their capacity to adapt to digitalized operations.

The Management Information System (MIS) conducted the third day of the training, focusing on the CumulusOne System. The session explored on the roles and functions of the registrar and faculty and staff. To fully equip the participants, the resource persons facilitated a hands-on workshop.
The session aimed to equip participants with the skills to effectively use and navigate the CumulusOne system, promoting a smoother and more efficient workflow for end users.
This initiative reflects the universityโs continued commitment to innovation and to empowering faculty and staff.
Said training will run until March 26, 2026.
