We are happy to share that the five specialization offerings under the BS Civil Engineering program of VSU Main Campus have been granted AACCUP Level III accreditation status following the assessment conducted on February 23–25, 2026.

The evaluation covered key areas including instruction, extension, faculty development, and licensure examination performance. The accreditation recognizes the department's continued efforts to maintain and improve the quality of its academic programs.

This quality assurance milestone would not have been possible without the support and hard work of our administrators, faculty members, students, alumni, staff, industry partners, and other stakeholders who have contributed to the growth of the program over the years.

As the department moves forward, we remain committed to strengthening our specialization offerings and providing our students with quality engineering education and training.
