𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗦 | 𝗟𝗘𝘅𝗘𝗦 𝗝𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘀 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻-𝗨𝗽 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲

Earlier today, September 19, 2026, the 𝗟𝗘𝘅𝗘𝗦 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘀 actively participated in the VSU International Coastal Clean-Up (ICC) 2026 at the Visayas State University shoreline, joining hands with fellow student leaders and community volunteers to protect our marine ecosystem and promote coastal sustainability.

Small actions, when done together, creates a big impact. Proud to serve, care, and make a difference as 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘀. 💙💛

The votes are in, and the tie has finally been broken! 🗳️

Following the Special Re-Election held for the position of 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗲 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿, we are pleased to announce the official results:

𝗔𝘀𝗵𝗹𝗲𝘆 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗲 𝗦. 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗶𝘁: 50.5%
𝗝𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗽𝗵𝗶𝗹 𝗛. 𝗟𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗵𝗮𝗻: 46.5%

Congratulations to our newly elected Media Committee Member, 𝗔𝘀𝗵𝗹𝗲𝘆 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗲 𝗦. 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗶𝘁!

Following the 22–22 tie between 𝗔𝘀𝗵𝗹𝗲𝘆 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗲 𝗦. 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗶𝘁 and 𝗝𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗽𝗵𝗶𝗹 𝗛. 𝗟𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗵𝗮𝗻 for the position of 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗲 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿, a Special Re-Election will be held today, 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟭, from 𝟵:𝟬𝟬 𝗔𝗠 𝘁𝗼 𝟭𝟭:𝟱𝟵 𝗣𝗠 through 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗴𝗹𝗲 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗺.

📢 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗩𝗢𝗧𝗘𝗦 𝗛𝗔𝗩𝗘 𝗕𝗘𝗘𝗡 𝗖𝗔𝗦𝗧, 𝗘𝗫𝗘𝗠𝗣𝗟𝗔𝗥𝗦!

The results of the LExES Special Election 2026 are officially in! 🗳️✨

Congratulations to Ashera Shane S. Maranguit, duly elected as Secretary for the Academic Year 2026–2027, garnering 51% of the total votes cast.

For the Media Committee Member position, Ashley Shane S. Manabit and Josephil H. Lumahan both received 22 votes, resulting in a tie. A Special Re-Election will therefore be conducted to determine the official winner. Further details will be announced soon.

The 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 (𝗟𝗘𝘅𝗘𝗦) held its 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗹𝘆 on September 05, 2026, from 1:00 to 4:00 PM at ADE 236.

Important matters were discussed and tackled during the assembly, with John Carlin Inres serving as Master of Ceremonies.

Discussions, suggestions, and elections were carried out, ensuring that every member's voice was heard as LExES continues to build a stronger, more united body of English students.

With the successful conduct of the assembly, LExES continues to strengthen its foundation as it looks ahead to the activities and goals set for this term. 💙✨
