gagamba sa palayan are natural allies of our farmers? 🕸️ They help reduce harmful insects and pests by feeding on them, which can help protect our rice plants naturally.

So, before removing or harming a spider in the rice field, remember that they also have an important role in keeping the palayan balanced and healthy. 🌱💚

Let’s appreciate these tiny helpers and give them a chance to do their job! Together, we can promote a safer and healthier palayan. 🌾✨

✨🌱 CAF Orientation & Reorientation 2026🌱✨

On August 17, 2026, the College of Agriculture and Forestry (CAF) successfully conducted its Orientation and Reorientation Program for CAF students, together with their parents and guardians. 💚🌾

The activity provided an opportunity to share important updates, clarify expectations, and strengthen the connection between the college, students, and their families. 🤝

It was a meaningful day filled with learning, engagement, and new beginnings as we welcomed everyone into another academic journey.

A warm thank you to our students, parents, guardians, faculty, staff, and everyone who contributed to making this event a success. 💚

One of our student in the NORSU BSC, Major in Computer Technology, under the CIT Department, ADONIS AGUATIS, is urgently in need of 7 bags of AB+ blood.

He is currently admitted at BDH, with a critically low hemoglobin level of 2.8. We are humbly reaching out to everyone who may be willing and eligible to donate AB+ blood.

🌿 𝙲𝙰𝙵 𝙰𝙳𝚅𝙸𝚂𝙾𝚁𝚈 | 𝚁𝙴𝚂𝚄𝙼𝙴 𝙾𝙵 𝙲𝙻𝙰𝚂𝚂𝙴𝚂

The Province of Negros Oriental will resume regular weekday classes on Monday, August 10, 2026, following the temporary suspension of classes on August 7 to allow schools to conduct cleaning, disinfection, and sanitation activities amid the increasing cases of conjunctivitis (sore eyes).

Under Executive Order No. 50-A, Series of 2026, schools are directed to strengthen health and sanitation measures to help prevent further transmission. Learners and school personnel who remain symptomatic with conjunctivitis are advised not to attend classes and should prioritize proper care and recovery.

Everyone is encouraged to observe proper hygiene and follow health protocols to ensure a safe and orderly return to classes. 🧼👁️📚
