𝗔𝗹𝗹 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗮𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘂𝗽𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱𝘀 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆, 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀.

A milestone in student leadership as delegates from Negros Oriental State University joined the first-ever Strategic Planning, Training Needs Assessment (TNA), and Constitution and By-Laws (CBL) Finalization held at Greyhound Innovation, Foundation University Dumaguete. This initiative strengthens collaboration and equips student leaders across the Negros Island Region for more responsive and future-ready governance.
Representing NORSU were:
• Bayawan Sta. Catalina Campus – Emerson Garpel, Mark Elvin Bardon
• Main Campus – Reymer John Ferrer, Nichole Andrei Miraflor
• Guihulngan Campus – John Mark C. Calago
Together, these student leaders take part in shaping a stronger, unified, and empowered student community.

A MILESTONE IN STUDENT LEADERSHIP 🤍💙

The Negros Island Region League of Student Governments (NIR LSG) successfully conducted its first-ever Strategic Planning, Training Needs Assessment (TNA), and Constitution and By-Laws (CBL) Finalization—marking a historic step toward stronger, more unified, and future-ready student governance in the region.

The NORSU Bayawan–Sta. Catalina Campus proudly joins this milestone, represented by Mark Elvin N. Bardon, Vice Governor of the College of Arts and Sciences and Primary Representative of the NORSU BSC Student Government, together with Hon. Emerson L. Garpel, President of the NORSU BSC Student Government and NIR LSG Commissioner for Audit.

This participation reflects NORSU-BSC’s continued commitment to leadership, collaboration, and excellence in student governance.
