The Gapan City College, Office of the Student Affairs (OSA) aims to promote GCC’s mission and vision through:
1. Development, implementation, supervision, and evaluation of programs designed to support educational, cultural, social, political, moral, and spiritual needs of the students.
2. Creation and implementation of programs and services which will foster student engagement, involvement, learning and development towards academic and personal success.
3. Providing opportunities that will enhance students’ active involvement in programs and activities within and outside of the college community.
4. Building and fostering an inclusive, respectful, and healthy campus environment within the context of collective responsibility.
5. Reinforcing the development of student leaders who have Good character, Cares about their fellowmen, and are Competent.
6. Supporting the recruitment and retention of a diverse and multi-skilled student body.

Gapan City College participated in the CHED Regional Office III Zonal Public Orientation on CHED Memorandum Order (CMO) No. 18, s. 2026, titled "Inclusive and Comprehensive Policies and Guidelines on Student Affairs and Services (SAS)," held at Clark Freeport, Angeles City, Pampanga.

Representing the College were Mr. Jhon Kenneth N. San Jose, Vice President for Student Affairs and Services, and Mark Saimon Bote, Arts and Culture Coordinator. Their participation reflects the College's continued commitment to strengthening student development programs and ensuring the delivery of inclusive, responsive, and quality student affairs and services in accordance with CHED policies.
