PSU LES Enrollment for Incoming Grade 2 to Grade 6 pupils will be on May 19–20.

📌 ENROLLMENT PROCESS:
1️⃣ Go to the LES Office to fill out the enrollment form
2️⃣ Pay at the Cashier’s Office
3️⃣ Submit the official receipt from the cashier
4️⃣ Pass all the required documents

📋 REQUIREMENTS:
✅ Report Card
✅ Accomplished clearance
✅ Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate / Birth Certificate (if did not yet submitted/ for transferees)
✅ 2x2 ID Picture (for transferees)

All documents must be submitted in a long brown envelope:

1. School Report Card (Original)
2. Certificate of Good Moral Character
3. PSA Birth Certificate (Photocopy)
4. One (1) 2x2 ID Picture

✍️ Application Process

1. Payment: Proceed to the Cashier’s Office to settle the entrance test fee before the examination.
2. Testing: Present your proof of payment and requirements at the LES building on the scheduled date for your entrance test and interview.

📊 Evaluation Criteria

Admission to the LES is competitive and will be calculated based on the following:

Entrance Test & Interview Score - 70%
School Card Grades - 30%

The entrance examination is scheduled to take place in the Audio Visual Room (AVR) of the PSU Laboratory Elementary School.

🎒𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐧 𝐄𝐱𝐚𝐦 𝐃𝐚𝐲
To help your little ones feel prepared, please ensure they have the following items in a clear envelope or small bag:

✅Pencils (at least two, sharpened)
✅Paper (clean sheets or scratch paper as needed)
✅Crayons (standard pack)
✅Missing Requirements: Any documents or admission requirements that have not yet been submitted to the office.

📌𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐥𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
𝐁𝐞 𝐄𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐲: Please arrive at the testing venue at least 15 to 20 minutes before the scheduled time.
𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐊𝐞𝐲: Let your child wear comfortable clothes and ensure they’ve had a good meal before the test.
𝐖𝐚𝐢𝐭 𝐢𝐧 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐀𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬: To help the children focus, parents will need to stay in the designated waiting areas while the exam is ongoing.
