The inclement weather condition cannot hinder Tococians from learning. Teachers provide learning materials online to ensure that learning continues despite the suspension of face-to-face classes. Our school principal, Dr. Joseph B. Seguin monitors the implementation of Alternative Mode of Learning.

PUBLIC ADVISORY

Class and Work Suspension for August 7, 2026 (Friday)

Pursuant to the latest weather advisory issued by PAGASA placing Pangasinan under an Orange Rainfall Warning, classes at all levels in both public and private schools in the Municipality of Bayambang are hereby SUSPENDED on Friday, August 7, 2026.

Face-to-face classes shall shift to the Alternative Delivery Mode of Learning (ADML), subject to the guidelines of the Department of Education and other concerned educational institutions.

Likewise, work in the Local Government Unit of Bayambang is SUSPENDED, except for offices and personnel performing essential and emergency services. A skeletal workforce shall be maintained to ensure the continuous delivery of critical government services, particularly those involved in disaster response, rescue, public safety, health, and emergency operations.

The public is advised to remain vigilant, monitor official weather updates, and take the necessary precautions to ensure the safety of their families.

The Department of Education (DepEd), through the National Educators Academy of the Philippines (NEAP), in collaboration with the Bureau of Curriculum Development (BCD) and the Bureau of Learning Delivery (BLD), officially launches the Online Training on the Strengthened Senior High School (SSHS) Curriculum.

Designed as a self-paced learning experience, the training aims to deepen teachers' understanding of the SSHS Curriculum, strengthen pedagogical practices, and support effective classroom implementation. Moreover, the training is intended to ensure that more teachers can conveniently access and complete the courses, supporting capacity building at scale for the full implementation of the Strengthened Senior High School Curriculum. Through these courses, teachers will gain knowledge, skills, and strategies needed to deliver meaningful and high-quality learning experiences for Senior High School learners.
