Some leaders are remembered because of the position they once held, but you are remembered because of the lives you touched. Even though time has passed, your presence continues to be felt in the PSU Bayambang ROTC Unit. The discipline you instilled, the lessons you shared, and the example you set are still carried by those who looked up to you. You didn't simply command a unit, you built a family that learned the true meaning of courage, respect, and service.

Rest peacefully in God's eternal paradise, Hon. Jan Nazer David "Boying Kulas" Junio.

With profound sadness, the Pangasinan State University–Bayambang Campus extends its deepest sympathies and heartfelt condolences to the family, loved ones, and constituents of Hon. Jan Nazer David "Boying Kulas" Junio on his untimely passing.

A proud son of Bayambang, Hon. Junio earned his Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Social Sciences in our institution, carrying with him the ideals of service, leadership, and compassion throughout his career in public service. As a dedicated member of the Sangguniang Bayan and Committee Chair on Education, he championed initiatives that promoted quality education and community development, making him a steadfast partner of the instutition in its shared mission of empowering communities through learning.

His commitment to public service, particularly in advancing education, leaves a lasting legacy that will continue to inspire those who had the privilege of working alongside him and those whose lives he touched.

The entire PSU Bayambang community, led by University President Dr. Elbert M. Galas and Campus Executive Director Dr. Madlyn D. Tingco, joins the Municipality of Bayambang in mourning this loss. We offer our prayers for the eternal repose of his soul and extend our sincerest condolences to his bereaved family, friends, and the people he faithfully served.
