ALGEOTRICS-DTESS AlGeoTriCS and DTESS are Math and Science organizations, respectively, from UP Rural High School. Together with DTESS, it spearheads the annual Sci-Math Fair.

The Science club of UPRHS, DTESS, means “to God belongs the power, honor and glory; to man belongs the adventures of science,” in Greek Episteme doxa thou theo. The club aims to promote academic excellence in the field of science and technology, to develop individual interest and initiative in undertaking science projects and activities. DTESS, together

with the Algeotrics Club, sponsors the annual Local Science Fair and Exhibits. AlGeoTriCS
Algeotrics, derived from Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Calculus and Statistics, is the organization through which math-related activities of the school are carried on. The club also coordinates the participation of the school in various math-related contests such as the Philippine Math Olympiad and Australian Math competition.
