In celebration of 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻'𝘀 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 💜, Paciano Rizal Elementary School honors the 'Babaylans' of the modern day.

Guided by the theme 𝘓𝘦𝘢𝘥 𝘭𝘪𝘬𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘉𝘢𝘣𝘢𝘺𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘴, 𝘍𝘪𝘭𝘪𝘱𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘴!', we salute our Teaching and Non-Teaching Personnel whose leadership and grace shape the future of our learners.

Dito sa PRES, pinatutunayan natin na ang mga kababaihan ay hindi 'lang' katuwang, kundi pundasyon ng lipunan.

In compliance with Division Memorandum No. 129, s. 2026, the school organized activities for National Fire Prevention Month to strengthen the safety awareness of learners and staff.

🚒 𝗕𝗙𝗣 & 𝗟𝗚𝗨 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝟵, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲)
Personnel from LGU Bay and the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) visited the school to inspect building safety. During the visit, the BFP emphasized the importance of fire prevention and the necessity of having functional Fire Extinguishers on the campus.

📢 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗗𝗿𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆 (𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝟭𝟮, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲)
A Fire Drill was conducted involving Students, Teachers, and Parents, led by School Head Brenda Lynn F. Martinez.

School DRRM Coordinator Avegail D. Agojo led the discussion on essential safety measures, emphasizing the "4 S's" of Fire Evacuation:

𝗦TOP – Cease all activities immediately upon hearing the alarm.

𝗦TAY CALM – Avoid panicking to maintain an orderly exit.

𝗦TRAIGHT LINE – Form a line with a partner (Line Up) for an organized flow.

𝗦PEED (WALK, DON'T RUN) – Move quickly but safely to the designated evacuation area.

Additional Safety Reminders:

Bawal Maingay: Keep lines of communication open for instructions.

Bawal Magsiksikan: Maintain proper spacing to avoid accidents.

Bawal Bumalik: Once outside, stay in the Safe Zone for the headcount (Count).

A post-drill assessment followed to evaluate the performance and identify ways to further improve the school's emergency response.

At exactly 3:30 PM, the sirens at Paciano Rizal Elementary School signaled the start of the 1st Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED).

Led by Ms. Avegail D. Agojo (Administrative Officer II / DRRM Coordinator), the school community executed the emergency protocols and proceeded to the designated evacuation areas.

The drill was followed by a Post-Evaluation (Q&A Session) to analyze the performance of the school. By identifying "What Went Right and What Went Wrong," the school aims to pinpoint specific gaps in the evacuation flow and address them immediately.

This regular practice ensures that both students and staff remain familiar with the proper procedures, making safety a shared responsibility at Paciano Rizal ES.

In a continuous effort to prioritize learner safety, the faculty of Paciano Rizal Elementary School conducted a seminar-workshop on the 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗘𝗱 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆 (𝗗𝗢 𝟰𝟬, 𝘀. 𝟮𝟬𝟭𝟮) last February 25, 2026.

The session featured guest speaker Mr. Ariel R. Perez, who led the discussion on "Strengthening the School Referral System." The training focused on equipping educators with a deeper understanding of the protocols for identifying, reporting, and managing child protection cases within the school setting.

This initiative aligns with the school’s core mantra:
“𝘉𝘢𝘵𝘢𝘯𝘨 𝘗𝘢𝘤𝘪𝘢𝘯𝘰: 𝘋𝘪𝘺𝘰𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘨 𝘚𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘪𝘨𝘢𝘯, 𝘈𝘬𝘵𝘪𝘣𝘰 𝘢𝘵 𝘗𝘰𝘴𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘣𝘰, 𝘮𝘢𝘺 𝘗𝘢𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘥𝘪𝘨𝘢𝘯!”

By remaining Aktibo and firm in their Paninindigan, the teaching staff continues to ensure that every Batang Paciano remains Positibo and protected under the guidance of the school’s safety standards.

The activity concluded with a renewed commitment among the faculty to maintain a safe and nurturing learning environment for all students.
