The Skills Demonstration 2026 brought together the creativity and skills of Grades 7 to Grade 10 learners. Guided by the theme “Embracing Skills in TVL/TVE/TLE, Ensuring Progress and Sustainability,” students confidently demonstrated their knowledge and practical abilities in Technology and Livelihood Education (TLE).

The activity was conducted on February 24–25, 2026 for Grades 10 and 9, and March 4–5, 2026 for Grades 8 and 7, allowing learners to showcase their competencies and hands-on skills in various TLE areas. The event promoted innovation, teamwork, and sustainable practices among learners.

Congratulations to all the participants for a successful and meaningful event!

We would also like to extend our heartfelt gratitude for the unending support of our school Principal IV, Sir Julius J. Quinto, EdD and Ma'am Marie Chris S. Nagum, Head Teacher III, whose guidance and support contributed to the success of this activity.

TLE Department Builds Reading Area for Brigada Eskwela

In line with this year’s Brigada Eskwela theme, “Sama-sama para sa Bayang Bumabasa,” the TLE Department took the initiative to construct a Reading Area aimed at creating a more conducive and inspiring learning space for students.

The construction of the reading area was made possible through the combined efforts of the TLE teachers and volunteers, who worked tirelessly during the Brigada Eskwela week. With dedication and teamwork, they transformed a once-empty corner into a hub for reading and reflection.

By building this space, the TLE department hopes to contribute not only to the improvement of literacy but also to the overall well-being of the students - offering them a place where imagination can grow and knowledge can flourish. As Mason Cooley once said, “Reading gives us someplace to go when we have to stay where we are.” Here at Bautista National High School, we have created a space for young minds to explore, learn, and find joy in the heart of the school.

Truly, every page turned in this reading area is a step toward a brighter future.
