๐Ÿšจ CODE RED | BNHS EMERGENCY RESPONSE PROTOCOL

Baungon National High School presents this video featuring a simulated emergency scenario and an accompanying informational segment intended to strengthen awareness and preparedness among our learners and school personnel.

CODE RED is a contextualized and localized emergency signal adopted by BNHS, pursuant to our School Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (SDRRM) Contingency Plan, for situations that may present an immediate threat to the safety and security of the school community, including shooting incidents and other related emergencies.

The simulation is conducted solely for educational, preparedness, and awareness purposesโ€”to familiarize our learners and personnel with the meaning of the signal, the importance of remaining calm, and the need to follow established emergency procedures and lawful instructions during critical situations.

PRIMARY GOAL: TO SAVE LIVES.

This video is not a depiction of an actual emergency incident, but a preparedness measure intended to promote a safer, more informed, and more responsive school community.

Know the signal. Stay calm. Follow instructions. Protect one another.

BNHS โ€” Prepared. Alert. Responsive.

UGNAYAN SA PAARALAN: EMPOWERING OUR YOUTH FOR A SAFER TOMORROW!

Baungon National High School successfully conducted "Ugnayan sa Paaralan: A Forum on Kabataan Kontra Droga at Terorismo and Buhay Ingatan Droga'y Ayawan (BIDA)" last September 25, 2026, at the BNHS Covered Court. Organized in strong collaboration with the Municipal Health Office and the Baungon PNP, the event opened with welcoming remarks from School Principal I, Dr. Rhone Ian B. Antonino, setting a meaningful tone for an impactful day focused on youth protection and community safety.

The primary focus of the forum was equipping students with essential knowledge through a series of critical discussions led by guest resource speakers. PMSg Cathryn C. Villara of the PNP detailed the provisions of RA 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act), while MADAC Focal Person Robert V. Villeza, Jr., RN, thoroughly discussed the ill effects of illegal drugs on health and well-being. Expanding the scope of youth protection, 1LT Domingo C. Puon, CO of Bravo Company-88IB-AFP, tackled awareness on terrorism and violent extremism. The engaging sessions were complemented by a BIDA video clip, an energetic Unity Dance facilitated by Albert Saclote, an interactive Open Forum, and the awarding of the Poster Making Contest winners.

Thank you to our partner agencies, speakers, and active student participants for working together to create a safer, drug-free school environment!

The final day brought the excitement to its peak as our young athletes gave their all in the last games and competitions, showcasing not only their skills and determination but also the true spirit of sportsmanship, teamwork, discipline, and camaraderie.

From the thrilling final matches to the much-awaited awarding ceremony, Day 2 was a celebration of the hard work, perseverance, and achievements of our learners.
