We proudly welcome Ms. Analiza Geremillo Soriano of the Department of Education – Rizal Province to the ERIO community!

Ms. Soriano is a dedicated education professional, researcher, assessment specialist, guidance practitioner, and advocate for evidence-based education, bringing more than two decades of experience across different areas of the education sector.

Since 2015, she has served as a Senior Education Program Specialist for Planning and Research at DepEd Rizal, where she contributes to research, planning, assessment, and educational initiatives designed to support meaningful learning and student development.

Before joining DepEd Rizal, she spent more than a decade as a Testing and Research Coordinator at Miriam College, gaining extensive experience in educational assessment, research coordination, and the development and implementation of research-related programs.

Her professional journey also includes experience as a Guidance Counselor and Guidance Supervisor, providing her with a well-rounded perspective that connects the research, assessment, guidance, and human dimensions of education.

Ms. Soriano is a Licensed Guidance Counselor, Psychometrician, and Professional Teacher, reflecting her multidisciplinary preparation and commitment to professional development.

Her diverse experience has strengthened her interest in using research and evidence to inform educational practice, develop responsive programs, and address the needs of learners, educators, and the wider school community.

Her work demonstrates the important role of research and planning in helping educational institutions and organizations make informed decisions, evaluate programs, understand learner needs, and continuously improve educational services.

Ms. Mones is a dedicated Filipino teacher, education professional, and emerging researcher committed to strengthening communication and writing skills while exploring innovative approaches to teaching and learning.

Currently serving as a Teacher VI at Alabel Central Integrated SPED Center in Alabel, Sarangani, she brings years of teaching experience and a strong commitment to supporting learners through meaningful and responsive educational practices.

She earned her Master's degree in Education, major in Filipino, from Holy Trinity College of General Santos City (HTC). Continuing her academic journey, she is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Education, major in Filipino, at the University of Southern Mindanao (USM) and is working on her dissertation.

Her professional and academic interests focus on Filipino education, communication skills, writing development, innovative teaching strategies, and educational technology.

Ms. Mones is particularly interested in exploring how Artificial Intelligence (AI) can be responsibly integrated into teaching and learning. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor I at Gapan City College, he is designated as the Program Head of the Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship Department, where he contributes to academic leadership, program development, and student development.

As a business educator, Mr. Dela Cruz focuses on helping students understand the practical aspects of launching and managing local startups, connecting entrepreneurship concepts with real-world business opportunities and community needs.
