A Holiday Season Made Brighter by Generosity and Gratitude!

The spirit of giving truly came alive for the Blue Dragons Family of DepEd Bauan! Our heartfelt gratitude to our strongest partner, ICTSI-BIPI, for once again extending its generosity and unwavering support to seven schools in Bauan.

A total of 141 units of 55” Samsung Smart TVs and 58 Epson printers were generously provided to help strengthen teaching, learning, and school operations.

We are especially blessed at Bauan East Central School, receiving:

31 units of 55” Samsung Smart TVs with brackets
12 heavy-duty Epson printers
204 bots of consumable ink.

These invaluable resources will surely make a meaningful difference in our learners’ educational journey and in the work of our dedicated teachers.

Our deepest appreciation goes to Dr. Patricia Mendoza Licup, Senior Program Head, Ms. Jessica R. Flores, Senior Project Support Specialist, Ms. Yrish Mae Santos, HR Supeintendent BIPI, Mr. Leo Bronce, IT Head, Mr. Mizael Raceo, MPTA and the entire ICTSI-BIPI team for your generosity, commitment, and continued partnership with our school community.

UNITED FOR SAFETY, PREPARED FOR ANYTHING

In accordance with the OSEC Memorandum on the Simultaneous Safety Drill, DepEd Bauan East Central School, headed by our School Head, Dr. Dionisio D. Cruzat, conducted a preparatory meeting in anticipation of the scheduled safety drill.

The meeting brought together our PTA Officers, SGC Officers, Barangay Chairman, parents, and other community representatives, highlighting the importance of a strong partnership between the school and the community in promoting safety and preparedness.

The activity aims to strengthen the preparedness, awareness, and emergency response capabilities of our learners, teaching and non-teaching personnel, and the entire school community, particularly in ensuring everyone’s safety during active attack incidents.

However, the August 25, 2026 Simultaneous Safety Drill was cancelled by the national government due to prevailing concerns, The activity will be rescheduled upon further advice and guidance from the government.

While the drill may have been postponed, our commitment to preparedness, vigilance, and the safety of every member of our school community remains strong.

Learning Continues, Collaboration Remains Strong

While our pupils are busy at home working on their modules and other Alternative Delivery Mode (ADM) activities, our dedicated school head and teachers also continue to fulfill their responsibilities through an online meeting.

The faculty of Bauan East Central School participated in an online orientation on Project TALA, facilitated by our School Head, Dr. Dionisio D. Cruzat. Project TALA was an initiative project for English Language and Reading in the entire Division of Batangas under the Batangan 2.0.

The meeting also provided an opportunity to discuss important matters, including the upcoming activities of the Sub-Office and other school concerns.

The welfare and safety of our teachers were likewise given special attention, particularly amid the challenging weather conditions. This reflects our commitment to ensuring that, even during difficult circumstances, our school community remains connected, informed, and supportive of one another.

Together, we continue to learn, collaborate, and serve—whatever the circumstances may be. 💙📚

Bauan East Central School held a Luksang Parangal today, August 19, 2026, in honor of our beloved fellow teacher, Sir Norman Abe, at Purok 3, Brgy. Bayanan, San Pascual, Batangas.

The gathering was filled with prayers, heartfelt memories, and expressions of sympathy for the bereaved family. Prayer intentions were offered, followed by touching eulogies from several teachers, including Sir Norman’s former colleagues and dear friends. Our former school principal, Mam Conie Hernandez, also shared heartfelt words in remembrance of Sir Norman.

Our present School Head, Dr. Dionisio D. Cruzat, conveyed words of comfort, encouragement, and strength to the bereaved family, assuring them of the school community’s continued prayers and support during this difficult time.
As a tribute to Sir Norman’s dedicated service and meaningful contributions to the school community, a Posthumous Citation Award was presented to his family in his honor.

Though he may no longer be with us, the memories of his kindness, dedication, friendship, and service will forever remain in the hearts of the Bauan East Central School family.
