📢JUST IN: Release of Funds for the following TES & TDP Batches starting this July 27, 2026 (Monday) to July 30, 2026 (Thursday). Please see the attached file for your schedule.

💎 TDP Batch 3 - 2nd Sem SY 2024-2025
💎 TDP Batch 3 - 1st Sem SY 2025-2026
💎 TDP Batch 5.1 - 2nd Sem SY 2024-2025
💎 TES Batch 1 - 1st & 2nd Sem SY 2025-2026
💎 TES Batch 1.1 - 1st Sem SY 2025-2026

☝️GUIDELINES AND PROCEDURES FOR THE RELEASE OF FUNDS:

1. Please come early on your scheduled date stated below.

2. Bring the following:
(a) BLUE ink ballpen;
(b) Students' photocopied School IDs: (three (3) copies in Long size with 3 original specimen signatures).

3. Present your SCHOOL ID upon entering the campus and get a number at the waiting area (beside the stage). Fill out the coupon and turn it over immediately to Window 7.

4. (a1) If the TES Grantee is not able to come on the scheduled date, this office will wait for your appearance after the last scheduled day of release, or at their convenient time.
(a2) If the TES Grantees are outside the Bicol Region, an authorization letter is allowed but an original signature is required.
(b) This office is soliciting strictly the presence of the particular Grantee to sign the TES General Payroll. (For Liquidation purposes)

5. At the holding area, wait for your number to be called.

6. The UniFAST – TES cheques will only be released to the Student Grantee who signed the UniFAST – TES 1 General Payrolls at the waiting area.

🚧 STRICTLY ACCOMPANIED BY THE PARENT OF THE GRANTEE. If the Parent of the Grantee is not available, Guardian is accepted provided that there will be a written consent from the Parent.

7. Get your TES cheques at Window 7.
