The MSU-MCBE SSG Election will be conducted through online voting via Google Forms on the following dates:

🗳️ September 22, 2026 (Tuesday) — Freshmen Students

For those who are still interested in running for a position, you may still file your Certificate of Candidacy (COC) until September 19, 2026, at 12:00 PM.

To file your COC:

1. Access the provided Google Drive link.
2. Download the COC template available inside the folder.
3. Accomplish the COC.
4. Upload your accomplished COC to the same Google Drive link.

Please be informed that the 𝙀𝙡𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙎𝙪𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙚 𝙎𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙂𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙣𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 (𝙎𝙎𝙂) shall be conducted on the 𝙡𝙖𝙨𝙩 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙏𝙝𝙪𝙧𝙨𝙙𝙖𝙮 𝙤𝙛 𝘼𝙥𝙧𝙞𝙡 – 𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗹 𝟯𝟬, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲.

In line with this, the 𝗙𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗢𝗙 𝗖𝗔𝗡𝗗𝗜𝗗𝗔𝗖𝗬 is now open to all interested and qualified students.

𝗔𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝙈𝙎𝙐-𝙈𝘾𝘽𝙀 𝙎𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝘿𝙚𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙊𝙛𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙧𝙨!

Please be informed that the elections of MSU-MCBE will be conducted this April.

In line with this, the Department Level Elections are scheduled 𝙤𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙛𝙞𝙧𝙨𝙩 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙏𝙝𝙪𝙧𝙨𝙙𝙖𝙮 𝙤𝙛 𝘼𝙥𝙧𝙞𝙡. These elections will be facilitated by each department’s respective Commission on Elections, composed of the outgoing department officers, who are also granted the authority to determine their own electoral procedures.

With this, all students and department officers are hereby advised to begin preparing for the upcoming elections. Department officers are expected to coordinate and organize their respective electoral processes, while students are encouraged to stay informed, participate actively, and exercise their right to vote.

𝑨𝒏𝒈 𝑫𝒂𝒌𝒊𝒍𝒂𝒏𝒈 𝑷𝒂𝒈𝒔𝒖𝒃𝒐𝒌

In the age of barangays, long before foreign rule, the Kapuluan stood under the watch of four ancient Noble Houses. Each House carried its own wisdom, traditions, and ideals, shaping how knowledge, creativity, and leadership were passed through generations.

To preserve balance and avoid conflict among the Houses, the elders established a sacred tradition: 𝗔𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗮𝗴𝘀𝘂𝗯𝗼𝗸.

All participants are 𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙢𝙥𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨 of their respective Noble Houses, carrying the strength and wisdom of their lineage. Throughout the competition, they will draw upon their House’s values to navigate challenges, outthink rivals, and prove their worth.

The Supreme Student Government facilitated the distribution of yellow ribbons, with students and faculty voluntarily taking part by wearing them to commemorate the EDSA People Power Revolution.

This simple yet powerful act of collective participation shows solidarity and raises awareness of the history of democracy in the Philippines.

Today, we honor 𝟰𝟬 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 of the 𝗘𝗗𝗦𝗔 𝗣𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻—the Filipino people’s collective stand that overthrew dictatorship and restored democratic rule.

Its fire lives on when we stand against corruption and remain committed to truth and justice.

All MSUans are encouraged to pin a yellow ribbon, provided by the SSG, as a symbol of solidarity, remembrance, and commitment to truth, justice, and democracy.

𝗔 𝗖𝗔𝗟𝗟 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘

In solidarity with the victims of the recent fire incident in Lamion, Bongao, Tawi-Tawi, the Mindanao State University – Main Campus Bataraza Extension (MSU–MCBE), as part of the 𝗙𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗠𝗦𝗨 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹𝘀 (𝗙𝗘𝗠𝗦𝗨𝗦𝗦𝗖𝗢), is extending its support and appealing for assistance to those affected.

The incident has severely impacted students, faculty, and staff of the 𝗠𝗦𝗨 𝗧𝗮𝘄𝗶-𝗧𝗮𝘄𝗶 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗢𝗰𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗵𝘆 (𝗠𝗦𝗨 𝗧𝗖𝗧𝗢), as well as families from the surrounding community who are currently facing displacement and the loss of essential belongings.

Members of the MSU community and generous individuals who wish to help may extend their support through monetary donations. All funds collected by MSU–MCBE will be fully forwarded to the 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁 (𝗢𝗦𝗥) to ensure proper consolidation and distribution of assistance.
